Welcome to Mushroom and Moon. These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from the Mushroom and Moon website.

Mushroom and Moon is a small, independent handmade jewellery business operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

2. Handmade products

All Mushroom and Moon earrings are handmade. Because they are made from natural basswood and finished by hand, slight variations in colour, grain, pattern and finish may occur between individual pieces.

These natural variations are part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Each product listing will provide details of the materials, size and other relevant characteristics of the earrings.

3. Materials

Mushroom and Moon earrings are made using basswood and stainless steel findings, as stated in each product listing.

Please read the product description and care information before purchasing. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to metals, please contact me before ordering if you need further information about the materials used.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Earrings are priced individually according to the product, with current prices generally ranging from £5 to £12.

The delivery charge for UK orders is a flat £3.50.

The total price, including delivery, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if, for example, an item has unexpectedly become unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product or pricing information. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will normally be processed once payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

Mushroom and Moon currently ships to UK addresses only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

A flat delivery charge of £3.50 applies to each order.

Delivery times can vary and are outside of my direct control once an order has been dispatched. I will, however, make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you purchase an item online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about cancelling an order, returning unwanted items and reporting faulty or damaged products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Faulty or damaged items

I want you to be happy with your order. If your earrings arrive faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at MushroomandMoon@outlook.com with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs and a video of the issue.

I will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Jewellery care and safety

Please follow the care instructions supplied with your earrings.

Mushroom and Moon earrings are intended for adult use and are not toys. Keep earrings and small components away from young children.

Please discontinue use if the earrings become damaged or if you experience irritation or discomfort.

11. Intellectual property

All photographs, product designs, written content, logos and other original content appearing on the Mushroom and Moon website belong to Mushroom and Moon unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

12. Website information

I take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. If an error is discovered, I will correct it as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any legal rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applying to your purchase will be the version available on the website at the time you place your order.
